In 2018, after over a decade as a Senior Installer and Trainer at a prominent national shutter company, I decided it was time to embark on a new journey and started my own business. My extensive career has always been driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. These strengths led me to a training role where I was responsible for ensuring that our high standards were consistently met by new team members.

However, despite the fulfillment I found in mentoring others, I realized that what I truly missed was the direct engagement with customers—the personal connection and the joy of seeing their reactions. I often use the term ‘wow factor’ to describe the delight on clients’ faces when they first see their new shutters installed in their homes. This magic moment, which I have been fortunate to experience in thousands of installations, continues to fuel my passion and commitment to this craft.
